I’m Jennifer Pertofsky-Plotnek, a licensed clinical social worker and certified health and wellness coach with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals in finding clarity, emotional strength, and a sense of peace.

I work with adults who are managing anxiety, perfectionism, chronic health concerns, and life changes.  If you’re feeling overwhelmed, like you’re constantly pushing through but never quite finding relief- you don’t have to carry it by yourself.​  Maybe you’re stuck, emotionally drained, or having struggles to just stay afloat.  I can help you create space to breathe and provide you with strategies to navigate life with more ease and confidence.
