Frequently Asked Questions
What issues do you help with?
I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, stress, burnout, and work/life balance. Many of my clients are professionals, students, or working parents who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or pulled in too many directions. Together, we work to reduce anxiety, build coping tools, and help you feel more grounded and in control of your life.
What approaches do you use?
My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based coaching. I meet you where you are and help you better understand patterns in your thinking, behavior, and relationships.
Do you see clients in the office?
What are your rates?
I only offer virtual therapy. This allows you to meet from the comfort of your home, office, or anywhere you feel safe and private.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in anxious thoughts, exhausted by trying to “keep it all together,” or unsure of how to move forward—therapy can help. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit. Sometimes, just having a space that’s entirely yours can be a powerful first step.
How often do we meet?
Most clients benefit from weekly sessions, especially in the beginning. We’ll collaborate to find a rhythm that fits your needs and goals. Some clients continue weekly for consistency and support, while others eventually move to biweekly or monthly maintenance sessions.
What can I expect in the first session?
Our first session is about getting to know you—what brings you to therapy, what you’re struggling with, and what you hope to gain. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. Together, we’ll begin to outline a plan that feels aligned with your goals and pace.
How do I get started?
Do you accept insurance?
I am primarily a private pay provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide you with a superbill(receipt) that you may be able to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan. It’s always best to call your insurance provider to confirm your benefits. If you are located in Maryland or Virginia, I participate with a limited number of insurances. Please contact me for more information.
You can contact me here to ask any questions. I’ll respond within 24–48 hours and we’ll find a time that works to begin.
